Online store regulations


1.1. The Regulations define the terms and conditions of use of the Store for its Users.
1.2. The owner of the Store is nearB. P.S.A. based in Kraków (30-698) at ul. Jana Muszyńskiego 12, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000949348, NIP 6793231570, REGON 521079030, share capital PLN 350,180.00.
1.3. The Regulations are valid from January 9, 2024 until further notice by nearB. P.S.A.


2.1. Any words or expressions described in these Regulations with a capital letter should be understood in accordance with their definition:
2.2. Working days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays;
2.3. Stripe – online payment service, intermediating in the transfer of payments between the User and nearB. P.S.A., available at
2.4. Kanga – an online payment service, intermediating in the transfer of payments between the User and nearB. P.S.A., available at
2.5. Account – nearB bank account. P.S.A., where fees for the User’s Order are posted;
2.6. Regulations – these Store Regulations;
2.7. Store – online store intended for online shopping available at;
2.8. Website – Website;
2.9. NRB token – a unit of value issued by nearB. P.S.A., which forms the basis in the ecosystem defined in the project whitepaper.
2.10. User – a natural person, a legal person, an organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Store;
2.11. Saft Agreement – NRB token purchase agreement between the User and nearB. P.S.A. for an amount greater than $1000;
2.12. Order – User’s declaration expressing the will to purchase specific NRB tokens via the Store;


3.1. As part of using the Store, the User may purchase NRB tokens with a total value not exceeding $1,000, on the terms specified in the Store, and each order exceeding the value requires signing a Saft Agreement with nearB. P.S.A.
3.2. The condition for the proper execution of the User’s Order in the Store is:
  a) completing the appropriate Order form in the Store,
  b) providing correct data,
  c) making a payment – via the Stripe, Kanga Website or by traditional transfer to the Account indicated on the Order Page, in accordance with the Regulations of the selected Website,
  d) correct verification of the User’s payment,
  e) acceptance of the Regulations and consents necessary to complete the Order,
Internet access.
3.3. The User who places an Order in compliance with the provisions of point 3.2 will receive an Order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by him with a summary of the following information:
  a) the entity that placed the Order;
  b) goods covered by the Order, indicating the fees for them;
  c) method of payment for the Order.
3.4. The User may submit questions, comments and complaints regarding the execution of the Order by sending them directly to the Customer Service Department, using the data indicated in these Regulations.
3.5. One User may purchase NRB tokens in three packages available in the Store with a total order value not exceeding $1000, under the following conditions:
  a) Package $100 = 2 083 NRB
  b) Package $500 = 10 417 NRB
  c) Package $1000 = 20 833 NRB
3.6. For amounts greater than $1000, nearB. P.S.A. reserves the right to process the Order for the maximum amount of $1,000 available under the offer and to refund the difference in funds to the indicated User’s account for the remaining Tokens or to process the signing of the Saft Agreement with the User for a higher amount than $1,000.


4.1. Any complaints regarding purchases via the Store should be reported by the User no later than within 14 days from the date of the problem. The date of sending the complaint determines whether the deadline for submitting a complaint is met.
4.2. The complaint should include: the Order number, the User’s name and surname, the e-mail address provided when placing the Order, the User’s exact address, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint.
4.3. The User may submit a complaint by e-mail to the following e-mail address:
4.4. Complaints will be considered within 30 days from the date of their receipt by nearB. P.S.A.
4.5. User about nearB. P.S.A. decision will be notified by e-mail, telephone or letter to the address indicated in the complaint.


5.1. Once the payment for the NRB Token is recorded, the User becomes its owner without the possibility of withdrawing from the Agreement concluded remotely at the time of purchase with nearB. P.S.A.


6.1. nearB. P.S.A. reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time without giving a reason, provided that the change does not affect the rights and obligations previously acquired by the User.
6.2. Users’ personal data are processed by the Operator in accordance with the nearB Personal Data Processing Code. P.S.A., in accordance with the GDPR”, available in the Store and on the Website.
6.3. In the case of promotion of a product available in the Store, the Promotion Regulations will prevail.
